GOOD CONSUMPTION

WE CREATE OUR FUTURE IN THE PRESENT. THIS MEANS THAT 'WHAT WE CONSUME' OR 'LET INTO OUR SYSTEM' INADVERTENTLY BECOMES A DETERMINING FACTOR THAT INFLUENCES THE FUTURE THAT IS CREATED.

HERE, CONSUMPTION REFERS TO EVERYTHING THAT IS TAKEN INTO OUR BODY, MIND AND CONSCIOUSNESS, SUCH AS FOOD, MUSIC, BOOKS, CINEMA, T.V SHOWS, STUDIES/RESEARCH, PHILOSOPHY, GOSSIP, GAMES, ETC.

THEN WHAT CONSTITUTES GOOD CONSUMPTION ?

ANYTHING THAT HELPS LIGHTEN OUR BEING, IS GOOD FOR OUR

OVERALL DEVELOPMENT. HERE, LIGHTEN REFERS TO A SPIRITUAL STATE WHICH WOULD ALLOW OUR CONSCIOUSNESS TO EXPAND AND HELP CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT RICH IN POSITIVITY.

" TO GIVE A DETAILED UNDERSTANDING WE WILL BE PROVIDING CONSULTANCY SERVICES. "
